ACDS Athletics
| Through our athletics program at Alexandria Country Day School, students who choose to participate in this voluntary program will receive coaching geared towards building a sound mind, body and spirit. Through daily instruction, we emphasize respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, officials and spectators. Students will learn to apply these characteristics to their daily lives and enjoy success throughout their lives. |
